Its tiers unlock 15 things, up to Large Enchanted Combat Sack, Large Combat Sack and Zombie Boots at the top tiers. Rotten Flesh is made by Zombie Minion, dropped by Crypt Ghoul, Golden Ghoul, Kada Knight and 6 more and sold by Combat Merchant.
