Its tiers unlock 9 things, up to Personal Compactor 7000, Personal Compactor 6000 and Enchanted Redstone Block at the top tiers. Redstone Dust is made by Redstone Minion, dropped by Redstone Pigman and Wither Spectre and sold by Mad Redstone Engineer.
