The Election Workers are the former Protesters of the Barry Center in the Rift. Each one you win over moves to Barry HQ to work for Barry.1 With all of them won over, Barry gives you Barry's Montgray Pen, which (with 16 Scribe Cruxes) buys the SkyBlock Citizen Timecharm from the Old Election Box.1
