Mining Fortune

Mining Fortune gives extra drops when you mine ores and similar blocks. Every full 100 is one guaranteed extra drop, and the rest is the chance of one more.1 Every player starts with 0, and it doesn't work on your Private Island.1

Four more fortunes add to it for one kind of block: Ore Fortune, Block Fortune, Gemstone Fortune and Dwarven Metal Fortune.1

Example: 350 Mining Fortune: 3 extra drops every time and a 50% chance of a fourth, so on average 1 + 350 ÷ 100 = 4.5 times the normal drops.

The Mining Skill raises it through its Spelunker perk (+4 per level).2 The tables below list every other source.3
