Magic Find

Magic Find makes rare drops more likely. It multiplies the base chance of a drop: every point adds 1% of that base chance, so 100 Magic Find doubles it.¹

Only rare drops are affected: a drop whose base chance is 5% or more stays at its base chance.¹ Magic Find can't go above 900.¹

Example: a drop with a 1% base chance, with 250 Magic Find: 1% × (1 + 250 ÷ 100) = 3.5%, so on average one in about 29 kills instead of one in 100. A pet drop with the same 1% base chance and 250 Magic Find plus 50 Pet Luck: 1% × (1 + 300 ÷ 100) = 4%.
